The Board of Directors of Teleste Corporation has established a Personnel and Remuneration Committee to assist the Board of Directors in matters pertaining to the personnel and remuneration.
The Board of Directors of Teleste Corporation elected Timo Luukkainen as Chairman and Heikki Mäkijärvi and Kai Telanne as members of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to contribute to the development and allocation of Teleste’s strategically important capabilities and human resources and to provide the Board of Directors with relevant information on the current state of the employees and future objectives.
The Personnel and Remuneration Committee does not have an independent decision-making power, but it is a preparatory body. The Board of Directors makes the decisions within its competence collectively.
